As a recent puppy-mum, I was delighted to see this initiative from BrewDog – Paid Puppy Parental Leave!

Having assisted several organisations to refine their reward strategy, we at Mastertek consistently hear stakeholders calling for personalised rewards that respond to what their employee’s really value.  Indeed, employees tend to favour the ‘cafeteria’ approach to benefits, however sometimes employers find it easier to go with what they know or what the executives in the decision chair deem valuable.

Think about it – would Puppy Parental Leave be something that your employees value?  Why not ask them?
